How It Works: A Two-Stage Purification Process
The purification journey begins when oil mist-laden air is drawn into the unit by a fan.
Stage 1: Mechanical Pre-Filtration
●The contaminated air first passes through a metal mesh pre-filter.
●Here, larger oil droplets and dirt particles are captured through mechanical collision and retention, falling into a dust
collection chamber.
Stage 2: High-Voltage Electrostatic Purification
The air then proceeds to the core electrostatic purification stage, which consists of two key actions:
1. Charging (Ionization): The airflow enters a high-voltage ionization zone, filled with ions and electrons. As the fine oil mist and dust particles pass through, they become electrically charged.
