Mechanical CNC Oil Mist Collector

In the field of modern mechanical processing, emulsion or cooling oil is generally used as the cooling liquid, resulting in a
large amount of oil mist and oil fume. The particles of 0.3-3.5 microns will be inhaled into the human body and pose a health hazard. The oil mist is deposited in the work area, which is easy to cause work injuries. Accidents such as accidents are harmful to the physical and mental health of employees; at the same time, the workplace is full of fog, which reduces production efficiency; oil mist deposits on the wall, which has potential fire hazards on the equipment, and may become the cause of failures inside the machine tool and electrical systems. Environmental damage if mist is vented outside.

Working principle of oil mist collector and purifier: The oil mist enters the filter chamber from the suction port and is adsorbed on the primary filter. After aggregation and combination, it falls and sinks to the bottom under the action of gravity, and is discharged to the oil tank through the oil discharge pipe to be collected. The remaining small part of the oil mist is completely absorbed by the special primary filter felt at the outlet of the filter chamber, and the same is collected into the oil tank. The residue discharged from the air outlet is efficiently purified by the main filter and eliminated, and the clean air is discharged to the workshop for recycling. This product is designed as a three-stage filter.
